We extract the X and Y coordinates of every text item, group them into rows by Y position, then cluster the X positions to detect column boundaries — turning visual tables back into structured spreadsheet cells.

Multi-page PDFs become multi-worksheet workbooks (one sheet per page). Works best for PDFs where tables are real text, not images.
